1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2/3 cup skim milk
2 cups of berries (any combination, such as raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc)

Preheat oven to 375º
Combine flour and sugar in missing bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Stir in baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add egg and milk, mixing until moist. Pour into 8" square pan. Sprinkle berries and reserves crumb mixture over batter. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm
