6 Tbsp. softened butter or margarine
Hersey's cocoa:
1/3 c. for light,
1/2 c. for medium,
or 3/4 c. for dark flavor
2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. milk (or half 'n' half, or cream)
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In small mixing bowl, cream butter and vanilla. Add cocoa and powdered sugar alternately with milk; beat to spreading consistency. Additional milk may be needed. Makes about 2 cups.
