1 c butter
2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp orange rind
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
6 oz choc chops
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Beat in eggs with water and orange rind. Add flour, salt, baking powder and soda and mix well. Stir in rolled oats, choc.chips, and raisins. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes.
