1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
1 tsp. red food coloring (opt)
3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients except strawberries and Jello until thick like a pudding. Remove from heat and add Jello. Stir and cool. Add strawberries and pour into baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream and chill 3-4 hours.
