1 1/2 DICED ONION
1 DICED GREEN PEPPER
2 C. DICED CELERY
1 CLOVE GARLIC
1/2 LB. GROUND CHICKEN
1/2 LB. GROUND BEEF
1 LARGE CAN TOMATOES
2 C. TOMATO JUICE
1 1/2 TBSP. CHILI POWDER
2 TBSP COLD WATER (TO DISSOLVE CHILI POWDER)
1 TSP. SALT
1 TBSP. BROWN SUGAR
1 LARGE CAN KIDNEY BEANS.

Directions:
Directions:
1. SAUTE ONION, GREEN PEPPER & CELERY IN OIL UNTIL TENDER.
2. ADD MEAT & BROWN.
3. ADD CHILI POWDER DISSOLVED IN COLD WATER AND ALL THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS.
4. COVER & SIMMER FOR 2 HOURS OR 6-8 HOURS IN CROCK POT.
