1 16 oz can of sliced beets
¼ cup sugar
1 ½ tsp. Cornstarch
2 tbsp. Vinegar
2 tbsp. Orange juice
2 tbsp grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Drain beets reserving 2 tbsp juice; set beets & juice aside.
In a saucepan, combine sugar & cornstarch, add vinegar, orange juice & beet juice; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat & simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened.
Add beets & orange peel, heat through.
