2 TSP SODA

2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (SIFTED)

2 TSP CINNAMON

½ TSP SALT

1 CUP OIL

1 16OZ CAN PORK & BEANS (CRUSHED AND DRAINED)

4 EGGS

1 8OZ CRUSHED PINEAPPLE (DO NOT DRAIN)

PREHEAT OVEN 350º.
SPRAY BUNDT PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY OR GREASE.
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND POUR INTO BUNDT PAN.
BAKE 40 TO 45 MINUTES

CREAM CHEESE ICING

1 8oz CREAM CHEESE (SOFTENED)
½ CUP BUTTER (SOFTENED)
5 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
2 TSP VANILLA
1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND BUTTER UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD SUGAR AND VANILLA. BEAT UNTIL DISSOLVED. SPREAD OVER CAKE. GARNISH WITH NUTS.

OR USE 1 CAN CREAM CHEESE ICING AND GARNISH WITH NUTS.
