1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 c. milk
Large can of sliced peaches
(If using fresh fruit or pie filling, add 1/2 c. water)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º F. Melt butter in large, flat baking dish. Mix dry ingredients; stir in milk; pour into baking dish [approx. 9x9"]. Top with peaches and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for about 45 minutes or till golden brown. Serve with ice cream. :)
