2 1/2 pound pork roast
1/3 C maple syrup
1/8 t. ground cinnamon
pinch of cayenne pepper
pinch of ground cloves
salt and pepper
1 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together syrup and spices. Set aside.
Pat roast dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in 10 inch oven safe skillet.
Brown roast on all sides, pour off fat.
Add syrup mixture, heat it up.
Place roast in skillet, roll to coat.
Place skillet in oven 35-45 minutes, but use meat thermometer.
Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
