4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. Fiesta Ranch dressing mix
1 can black beans, drained
1 can Rotel, slightly drained
1 can corn, not drained
1 8oz.block cream cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in crockpot. Sprinkle with Ranch mix. Dump Rotel, beans and corn in and top with cream cheese. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Check after 3 hours and stir. Serve with sour cream and tortillas.
