Skillet Blackberry Cobbler Recipe

12 inch black skillet
1 box of 2 refrigerated pie crust
1 14-16 oz. bag of frozen blackberries(Do Not Thaw)
1 stick of butter, melted
1 1/3 cups of sugar for berries
1/2 cup of flour
3/4 cup sugar for crust
1/2 stick butter cut into cubes
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat oven to 350º
2) Unroll one pie crust and place in bottom & up the sides of skillet
3) Pierce bottom and sides of crust with a fork
4) Bake 7 minutes. Crust should be golden.
5) Increase oven temp. to 375º
6) In a large bowl mix 1stick of melted butter, 1 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 cup flour
7) Put berries in bowl with butter, sugar and flour mixture: Toss until berries are coated and mixture is crumbly
8) Gently pour berries in skillet then sprinkle water over berries
9) Unroll second pie crust over top of berries sealing at edge of skillet
10) Cut tiny slits in top of pie crust
11) Scatter small pieces of butter over top of crust
12) Sprinkle 3/4 cup sugar over top of crust
13) Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until bubbly at edges and crust is beginning to brown on top.
