4 thick pork chops
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cps. boiling water
2 Tbsp. plain flour
1/3 cp. cold water
1 8oz. container sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chops with seasonings. Heat oil and butter in large skillet and add onions. Coat chops in flour and brown , about 7 min. per side. Mix bouillon cubes in boiling water and add to skillet. Cover and cook on med. for 30 min. Remove chops to plate. Dissolve flour in 1/3 cp. cold water and stir into broth in skillet until thickened. Add sour cream and stir until gravy is creamy. Add chops back to gravy and remove from heat.
