8 oz. Wide Egg Noodles
2 tbsp. Butter
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Chuck
2 (8oz.) Cans Tomato Sauce
8 oz. Cream Cheese
8 oz. Cottage Cheese
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cups Green Onions, chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste

, Cook noodles and drain. Cook meat, discard any liquid. Add tomato sauce and remove from heat. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, green onion and seasoning in a bowl. Butter a small casserole dish. Place a layer of noodles across the bottom of the dish. Distribute half of the cheese over mixture over
noodles. Place a layer over noodles across the bottom of the dish. Distribute half of the cheese mixture over the noodles in small spoonfuls. Spread half of your meat mixture over the cheeses. Repeat the layers, ending up with the meat mixture. Top with a small amount of grated cheese, if desired. 375ºmixture for 30-40 minutes. Serve 6.
