2 c butter (do not substitute margarine)
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
5 c flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and mix well.
Stir in flour by hand. Roll 1/2" thick, pick all over with fork
Cut into squares and place on a cookie sheet. Let sit 10
before bakibg.
Bake at 275 deg. F for 45 mins.
Cool thoroughly and store in an airtight tin.
