Meatballs

2 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 egg
2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 T pepper
1 1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
grated carrots (optional)

Gravy

1 can 4 oz drained mushrooms
1 can 10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 c sour cream
1/3 c flour
1/4 c dry cooking sherry
1/2 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for meatballs in bowl. Shape into meatballs and bake in oven at 400º until golden brown.

Combine ingredients for gravy and stir thoroughly. Put in bottom of crockpot and add cooked meatballs. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours or on high setting for 3 to 4 hours.

Serve with egg noodles and red cabbage.
