1/2 Head of cabbage Chopped fine
4 Medium Carrots Chopped Fine
1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Cup sugar or sugar substitute
3 TBS Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
I use a food processor to chop the cabbage and carrots and in a separate bowl mix the dressing. Add the mayo, milk, sugar and vinegar and mix thoroughly. It should be a bit thick. At this point taste the dressing and add more of whatever it needs to suit your taste. Mix in the cabbage and carrots and chill until serving.
