Personal Notes:
This is a recipe I found in Bon Appetite. It comes from a restaurant, Rococo's Pizza and Pasta, in Charlottesville, VA. It's called Tortellini Bellisima.
It's a bit expensive to make and takes at least an hour to put together but it is so yummy. And it is good warm or cold.
