Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
What a time I had getting this recipe! Grandma always made them "out of her head" and had no recipe at all. I had to stand and watch, stop her each time she grabbed an ingredient and "measured" it in her hands, and use a measuring cup to approximate amounts. We had lots of good laughs in the process!! Needless to say, the amounts of ingredients above are a "best guess" on my part. The eggs are the only thing I am sure about. These darn things are addicting, and, even though I have "graduated" to a pasta machine, these are better and use fewer ingredients.
