1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 stick margarine or butter
8 cups cornbread (crumbled)
2 cups dry bread crumbs (can crumble stale bread)
3 cups of chicken broth (approximately)
4 boiled eggs
3 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp sage

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and celery in large Dutch oven type pan in the margarine Add remaining ingredients except for chicken broth to onions and celery and mix well Add just enough chicken broth to thoroughly moisten Will be very slightly soupy. Taste and season additionally if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until done in the middle.
