one pkg ground beef OR turkey
one egg
handful of bread crumbs (enough to make the meat stiff enough to roll)
a sprinkle of onion powder
a sprinkle of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
a "palm" of Italian seasoning (grind a few T of seasoning into your palm)
2 T Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) In medium mixing bowl, mix all ingredients by hand.
2) Roll into golf-sized balls.
3) Heat olive oil in a large pan, brown meatballs on all sides.
4) Finish cooking the rest of the way in sauce.
