2 sticks margarine
4 tbsp cocoa
2 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 tsp salt
1 pkg miniature marshmallows

For Icing
1 stick margarine
4 oz PET milk
1/4 c cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Melt butter & cocoa together
Beat eggs & sugar, pour into butter/cocoa mixture.
Add nuts & vanilla
Bake in 11x16 pan at 350º for 30 minutes
Cover hot cake with marshmallows

For Icing
Mix all ingredients together and beat until thick.
