2 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Food colors
Food flavoring
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually add powdered sugar to cream cheese. Mix well. Add food colors and flavoring to desired taste and color.

Roll a ball of dough about the size of a quarter. Dip in sugar and press into candy mold. Pop out of mold. Dry for several days, turning over every day. Mints freeze well.

Grandma loved to make these for graduations, showers and weddings. The rose was her favorite shape.
