Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3/4 c Hellman's Mayonnaise
1/3 c milk
2 tsp paprika
1 packet of splenda or a tsp of powdered sugar (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix until it is smooth. It shouldn't be thick at all.

A few tips
You can use milk or half-and-half and still get a good flavor.
Also, I don't usually measure the paprika, just sprinkle it in last until it coats the other ingredients nicely. The finished product should have a slight pink tint to it.
Instead of splenda, I use a couple of tablespoons of confectioner's sugar. It blends easier than regular sugar.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This sauce is a staple at the Nicky's Mexican restaurant chain in Louisiana. Use for tortilla chips or your favorite dipping. Can also be used as a dressing for taco salads and other Mexican dishes. Have fun with it.
