Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c sliced celery
1 c chopped onions
1 c sliced mushrooms (drained)
2 T. butter
1 can Cream of Shrimp Soup
2 T. dry cooking sherry
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1 pkg. (8oz) frozen shrimp (thawed and deveined)
1/2 c sour cream
1 T. Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery, onions and mushrooms in butter till tender crisp.
Stir in soup, sherry, seasonings and shrimp and heat.
Blend in sour cream and parsley.
Cook till hot through--Do Not Boil.

Serve over rice.
