3 beaten eggs
3 cups soft bread crumbs
½ cup chopped onion
3 pounds hamburger
¾ cup milk
2 teaspoon milk
½ teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine: eggs, milk, bread crumbs, garlic salt, and chopped onion. Add meat and mix well. Shape into 6 dozen meatballs (1 inch size). Place ½ of meat balls in 15 ½ x 10 ½ x 2 ¼ pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Repeat with remaining meat balls (bake and cool). Place on cookie sheet and freeze. These can be put in plastic bags in freezer. They freeze well and are nice for quick meals.
