Fresh Dill (or 1 tsp seed per jar if no fresh available)
Cucumbers
1 qt white vinegar
2 qt water
1 c. kosher salt
12 cloves garlic

pint or quart jars
pepper pod per jar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash dill and cucumbers. Pack both in jars with a pod of peppers. Drain off any water that collects in jars.

Boil vinegar, water, salt, and garlic long enough to dissolve salt. Use wooden spoon to stir.

Fill jars with liquid. Seal and store in cool, dry place.
