4- 6 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon flour
Dash salt
3 tablespoons vanilla
1 can condensed milk (not sweetened)
Whole milk to fill container

Beat eggs a lot. Add sugar, salt and flour. Beat more. Add can of milk. Beat. Add vanilla. Beat. Pour into ice cream freezer can. Add whole milk to fill line. Freeze according to hand or electric freezer directions.

I remember the family making this in the old crank freezer when I was growing up. We would go to the ice house for a block of ice, then it would be chipped into small pieces to put in the freezer with ice cream salt. My job was to sit on the freezer - Pam Spann
