1 envelope of ranch dressing
1 envelope of au jus mix
1 stick butter
7 – 8 whole pepperoncini peppers, sliced (I use the ones from a jar)

Directions:
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place roast in slow cooker, salt and pepper. Sprinkle ranch dressing then the au jus mix on top. Place sliced peppers on top of the mixtures. Place the one stick of butter on top. Set slow cooker to 8 hours on low and forget it. Remove the roast from the pan and use the gravy to pour over the sliced roast. If you feel the gravy is too salty add a little sour cream to it and stir.
