1 c white sugar
1 c butter
˝ c brown sugar
1 egg
1 ˝ c flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c shredded coconut
1 1/4 c oatmial

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugars & egg. Mix dry ingredients together and then add to wet ingredients. Roll into small balls, flatten with fork and bake 325⁰ x 10 minutes. (will be light colored when done). Allow to cool slightly before transferring from cookie sheet otherwise will crumble very easily.
