1 roll, sugar cookie dough roll
(8-0z.) pkg.cream cheese, softened (I use the 1/3 less fat kind)
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 bananas, sliced
8 strawberries, sliced
2 peaches, sliced
2 kiwi fruit, sliced
1 sm. jar peach preserves
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Press raw cookie dough into greased pan 1/2 in. apart and bake till just browned. Cool in pan. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. You can mix this by hand but will be creamier if you use beaters. Arrange sliced fruit over cream cheese.
In a saucepan, mix preserves with water; brush over fruit.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Cut in squares to serve.
