1 C water
1 stick margarine or butter
1 C flour
4 eggs
2 pkgs Instant Vanilla Pudding
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz Cool Whip
Chocolate syrup or shavings

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Crust: Bring water and butter to a boil; remove from heat and add flour. Mix well. Add 1 egg at a time, mixing well with a wooden spoon after each egg. Spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Cool.

Filling: Make pudding according to directions (use less milk as stated for pie recipe). Mix in softened cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate it again at this point before spreading the Cool Whip over the top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or shavings.

Serve and Enjoy!
