two pounds ground beef
1 egg beaten
chopped onion to taste
3 cloves garlic or to taste
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Mix all together.
Add raw meatballs to Spaghetti sauce and simmer all day or
Form meatballs and bake on a cookie sheet for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees
