2 C. flour
dash of salt
1 C. crisco
!/2 C. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Using pastry blender, cut crisco into the flour and salt. When it all resembles the size of peas, stir in the ice water till a ball of dough forms. Chill dough for a bit or overnight, then use. Makes 2 crusts.

Granny says....I always made this the exact same way Grandma Nurre ( John’s mom) did and the exact same ingredients, but it never turned out as good as hers....but I continue to try. Wish I had her magic touch. She was the best pie maker EVER!
