2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, softened
3 T. hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Sift sugar, cocoa, salt into bowl. Add egg, butter and hot water. Blend with spoon, then beat with a mixer until smooth.

Frosts 1 8" triple layer cake.

This is the frosting to use on the Best Ever Chocolate Cake.
