2 lb. boneless port, cut in large cubes
1 c. vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. peppercorns
1 bay leaf
water
1 frying chicken (3 1/2 lbs) cut into 2 inch pieces (Or substitute chicken thighs)
Soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine, pork vinegar, garlic, peppercorns and bay leaf. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook slowly for one hour. Add chicken and cook 30 minutes longer. Add soy sauce when liquid levels get low.
