Personal Notes:
Family Memories from Jeff: I remember making home-made ice cream with eggs and hand cranking till done and drinking Uncle Everett’s Blatz beer in the basement while everyone was upstairs. . . sticking firecrackers in frogs mouths and watching them blow up. . . playing washers at New Harmony. . . using Uncle Ed’s old clothes and making a dummy to hang in the old covered bridge at Griffin (he got mad because we used his painting clothes.) . . .staying at Aunt Lil’s trying to out fox her while we drank her wine and smoked her fancy cigarettes from other countries. . . and sneaking out at night in Cynthiana and roaming the streets!
