4 chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
1/4 cup flour
salt and pepper
2 T olive oil
1/2 cup dry Marsala wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1T fresh chopped parsley


Directions:
Directions:
Season flour with salt and pepper.
Coat chicken with flour.
Brown chicken in olive oil, remove and set aside.
Add wine to pan and boil to remove alcohol.
Add stock, lemon juice and mushrooms. Lower heat and cook 10 minutes.
Return chicken and cook 10 minutes each side.
