1 c. Milk, scald and cool
3 tsp (1 pkg) yeast
3 tbsp sugar

Beat 3 egg yolks (save the whites)

4 c. Flour
1 tsp salt
1 c. Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast and 3 tbsp sugar to milk. Let it cool n dissolve. Add yolks.
Mix flour and salt. Cut in Crisco. Add milk, mix well and divide into balls. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate over night.I usually do 3 or 4 balls of dough.
In the morning:
Beat egg whites
Roll out on parchment paper into rectangle.
Spread a layer of beaten egg whites
Sprinkle with brown sugar and chopped nuts.
Drizzle with a few tbsp of melted butter.
Fold in sides slightly over lapping. Turn end edges up to seal.
Cover with towel and let rise about an hour.
Bake 350 25 minutes
Top with powdered sugar frosting and sprinkle with nuts.
