1 LARGE ONION
29 OZ CAN RED ENCHILADA SAUCE (USE GREEN IF YOU SUBSTITUTE CHICKEN)
8 OZ. TOMATO SAUCE

SLICED OLIVES
9 TORTILLAS
1 LB. GRATED CHEESE
SOUR CREAM
GREEN ONIONS

Directions:
1. BROWN HAMBURGER & ONIONS. DRAIN OFF FAT. ADD ENCHILADA & TOMATO SAUCE AND MIX WELL.
2. IN DUTCH OVEN OR COVERED ROUND CASSEROLE DISH, LAYER MEAT SAUCE, TORTILLAS & CHEESE, USING 9 TORTILLAS.
3. BAKE 325-350* UNTIL HOT.
4. GARNISH WITH SOUR CREAM, GREEN ONIONS AND OLIVES.
