1 C. FLOUR
1 C. WALNUTS
PARCHMENT PAPER

1 . PREHEAT OVEN 350*.
2. LINE TWO 13"X18" COOKIE SHEETS WITH PARCHMENT PAPER & SET ASIDE.
3. OVER A DOUBLE BOILER, MELT BUTTER, CHOCOLATE CHIPS & MILK, STIRRING UNTIL THE CHOCOLATE LOOKS SHINY & CREAMY. DO NOT OVERHEAT.
4 REMOVE CHOCOLATE MIXTURE FROM STOVE & QUICKLY FOLD IN FLOUR & WALNUTS. SCOOP THE DOUGH ONTO THE PREPARED COOKIE SHEETS, TWO INCHES APART & LET REST 15 MINS. IN A COOL PLACE. BAKE UNTIL TOPS ARE CRACKED--ABOUT 9 MINS. COOL BEFORE SERVING.
