This is a superior dipping sauce that goes well with any fried seafood. I use this dipping sauce with the coconut deep-fried shrimp. One of my all-time favorite dipping sauces and super simple to make.

Another favorite of mine is to substitute cherry preserves for orange marmalade. I find that I can put this on top of duck and lamb. I will back off a little on the horseradish perhaps using only half as much as a recipe calls for. I will also add a tiny bit of butter and orange juice to richen it up some and thin it out just a tiny bit. I adore this variation on duck!!!
