10 c apples, cored & sliced
1 c sugar
1 T flour
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 c quick cooking oats
2 c flour
2 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c butter, softened.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
2. Toss apples with white sugar, flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Place coated apples in a 9x13 inch pan.
3. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Cut the butter into the mixture. Crumble evenly over apple mixture.
4. Bake for about 45 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
