1/2 box large shell noodles
1 can tuna, drained and flaked
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 cup green olives
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup each onion, celery, green bell pepper
cheddar cheese
dried French fried onion

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 2+ qts. water to boil. Add shell noodles and boil about 10 minutes and drain (should be a little firm). Stir in tuna, mayo, and green olives. Mix soup with milk and add. Sauté onions, celery and bell pepper in butter till soft and add. Top with dried French fried onions and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until top looks toasted.

Just double the amount for large group. Great dish for left-overs. This is a long time family favorite for us and company. I don't skimp on the green olives.
