2-3 chicken breasts
1 lb frozen broccoli
1/2 c butter
3/4 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 c chicken broth
1 c sour cream
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
puff pastry

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry as directed. (2 sheets)
Boil chicken in salted water. Cut chicken into small pieces and set aside.
Cook broccoli, drain and set aside.
Melt butter, add flour, salt and pepper, stir well.
Add 4 cups broth, stir and cook on low until smooth.
Take off stove and stir in cream and Parmesan.
In large casserole, layer broccoli, chicken and sauce. Bake 350ºF for 30 minutes.
Serve over Pepperidge Farm puff pastries.
