2 c (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips, divided
2 T butter, softened
1 c sugar
2 egg whites
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 c flour
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c water
1/2 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In the microwave melt 1 c chocolate chips. Stir until smooth; set aside. Beat butter and sugar until crumbly, about 2 minutes. Add egg whites & vanilla; beat well. Stir in melted chocolate. Combine flour, baking powder & salt and add to the butter mixture alternately with the water. Stir in remaining chocolate chips.
Cover & refrigerate for about 2 hours. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or till set.
