3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) Cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

TOPPING
1 c. Sour cream
1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix ingredients together and pour into muffin pan lined with foil papers. Bake for 35 minutes and turn oven off. Prepare topping while cupcakes are in oven.

TOPPING
Beat ingredients until creamy. Once cupcakes are removed from oven, make sure oven is off and add 1 tsp. topping to each cupcake. Return to oven for 10 minutes. (Keep oven off). Makes 24 cupcakes.
