chicken breasts, skinned and de-boned
Armour Chipped Beef (glass jars)
Bacon
Sour Cream
Cream of Mushroom soup

Directions:
Depending on size of selected casserole dish, spray dish lightly with Pam. Line bottom of dish with corned beef slices, overlapping slightly. Roll chicken breasts (use mallet to pound breasts thinner) and secure with slice of bacon. Place in dish. Mix equal parts sour cream and soup and pour over casserole. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight. Bake in 275º Oven for 2.5-3 hours, basting sauce over it occasionally.

***i like to cut corned beef into strips for bottom of dish...you can also substitute Cream of Chicken for Cream of Mushroom soup.. The secret to good chicken is cooking slow at low temperature.

This has been a favorite of many for years...men and children love this..I recommend mashed potatoes with this as the gravy is awesome!!!
