Top Layer:
1 (29oz.) Can Peaches
2 tbsp. Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar

Bottom Layer:
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Self-Rising Flour (make sure it is self-rising)
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Milk

Directions:

Top Layer:
Mix the peaches, flour and sugar in a cooking pan. Cook on stove top until thickens (about 1 minute after it starts boiling). Set aside.

Bottom Layer:
Melt butter in baking dish. Stir in flour, sugar and milk. Mix well (may be slightly lumpy). Add the peaches mixture on top. Spread evenly. Bake at 450º for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
