One Mack and Cheese Dinner Mix
One Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
One Onion
One Stick Butter
One Cup of milk/half&half or skim
One or two cans of tuna (in oil is preferable)
Cajun Seasoning (dry)
Sea Salt
Olive oil
Potatoes chips.(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
bring 4 cups water to boil with 2 table spoons salt and 1 table spoon Olive oil
While this is being brought to a boil open can(s) tuna and can of soup,
in a 4quart microwavable casserole dish place 1/2 stick of butter and 1/2 of the onion chopped fine. Microwave onion on high for 4 minutes.
Once water is boiling add macaroni and boil for 5-10 minutes until almost done. Drain Macaroni -due not rinse.
Add macaroni to butter onions and mix, add chees mix, stir in 1/2 half butter stick continue to stir until mixed.
Add tuna,soup and cup of milk stir in Cajon seasoning to taste. Place mixture back in Microwave for 15 minutes (can use regular oven for 30 minutes)
This is now done add crushed potato chips to top and serve.
