1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 5 oz. cans evaporated milk
1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
1 5 1/2 oz. bag Doritos
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions. Add soup, milk and chiles. Mix well and fold in Doritos.Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.

This is one of Lori's favorites. Charla Carthel and I used to make it all the time. Sometimes when we were really broke, we would substitute the beef with ground turkey. Nobody ever noticed the difference. Charla used to share her grandparents "commodity" cheese with me. It came in 5 lb. blocks and we would grate it and freeze it.
